An endless vertical maze runner for iPhone. Drag to steer, stay ahead of the red line, and there is always a way through.

Drag anywhere on the screen. The runner moves toward your finger, so you never have to cover it with your thumb. You do not need to touch the runner itself.
The maze scrolls upward and the red line creeps up from the bottom of the screen. Touch it and the run ends. The glow along the bottom edge tells you how much room you have left.
Every maze is generated so that a complete route always exists, and your starting position always has a way forward that never requires backtracking. If you are stuck, it is a wrong turn, not a dead end you were handed.
Clears the walls directly ahead of you in your own column, opening a shaft to run up. You start each run with one, and earn another every 100 points. Walls you have not seen yet are never affected.
Earned every 500 points. Shatters most of the walls currently on screen. It usually opens a route — but it is not aimed, and occasionally it just makes the screen harder to read. That gamble is intentional.
Rare. The first arrives at 1,000 points, and later ones on an irregular schedule. Clears every wall on screen at once.
Tap a button to fire it. If a power-up would have nothing to destroy, the tap is ignored and the charge is kept rather than wasted.
Yes. It is stored on your device only. It is never uploaded anywhere, which also means it does not transfer between devices and is not restored from a backup of a different device.
Delete the app and reinstall it. The score is stored with the app, so removing it clears the record.
No. Mad Mazes is fully playable offline and never contacts a server.
None. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no account. See our privacy policy for the full statement.
Mad Mazes deliberately plays its sound effects even when your ringer switch is set to silent, so check these instead: the device volume while the app is open, whether audio is being sent to a Bluetooth device, and whether another app is holding onto audio. Closing and reopening the app re-establishes its audio session.
Yes — the game uses the system haptics setting. Turn off Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics on your device and Mad Mazes will stop vibrating.
Force-quit and reopen it first. If that does not help, restart your device, then check for an iOS update and an App Store update for Mad Mazes. If it still fails, email us with the details listed below and we will investigate.
The scroll speed increases the longer you survive and then holds at a ceiling, so it never becomes impossible — a full-speed run is still winnable with clean steering. Save your blasters for genuinely tight sections rather than spending them early. We do read difficulty feedback, so tell us if it feels wrong.
iPhone running iOS 16.4 or later. The game plays in portrait orientation. It will install and run on an iPad in iPhone compatibility mode, but it is not designed for the larger screen.
No. There is nothing to buy inside the app and nothing to sign up for.
